An OSHA 10 and 30 must be allotted to to each one project and must be present on the workplace for certain particular stages of the job. An OSHA 10 and 30 may not designate these particular obligations to a non-certified person. The OSHA 10 and 30 is also responsible for training all non-certified employees who will be acting real work on the project.
